This is another Masters Tribute painting piece called “Point Of Impact”. A Murf, Surf, Super Natural inspired piece that in its first phase was a “Sharpie” illustration on canvas shown at an official ‘Sharpie’ group art show. This was painted over with acrylic. I guess you can say this canvas has had two lives. Clearly depicting a rising ‘Murf’-esque deity of energy, blasting its powers behind an a-framed rogue beast wave exposing its menacing gaping jaws of consequence. The location, a mysterious cove nestled within rugged lava rock landscape.
The piece focused specifically in centered actions, highly condensed, churning with ignited energy. An expanded eye from a cosmic tale, bursting with the colors and spectrum of universal births, unexplainable in origin. Beyond the wording to describe, what simply is .. the ‘W’ at the bottom of this wave represents the origin of the painting itself. Yet, the concept is another dimension in time. Trip away, as one stares into the bowels of this expressive creation. Made for the invested collector of time and space.
