“Full Murf Night Closeout”. Original 12″x 40″ acrylic painting by Bart Saric.

$2,500.00

“Full Murf Night Closeout”. Original 12″x 40″ acrylic painting on black board by Bart Saric.

Part of a night surf series, “Full Murf Night Closeout” is a painting of a p.o.v. from the middle and inside of a big, powerful closing out wave on the pacific shores of the western world. Front and center, looking out from inside the impact zone, directly towards the beaches shore. A spiritual full moon in the form of a one-eyed tribal ‘Murf’-style ‘Hopi’ head looms beyond metropolis. The inner world reflecting the outer worlds of the cosmos and the mysteries that come within a passing history, in the present. The lonely cities are the back drop to the breaching head of glowing energy and magical power. The lone witness embodied within the throwing molecules of liquid finds no loneliness in these moments of motion and natural emotions. Respect is an understatement. A representation of the unknown it is.

The original painting and p.o.v. come from the artists personal experiences in the water as a surfer and waterman of over 44 + years. Along with Bart Saric’s fascination with Hopi history and culture. Painted with acrylic on black ‘foam-core’ board and mounted onto a hard Masonite composite. This unique piece makes any exotic, organic, or modern room/area light up with mystery, wonder and action. Comes with hand written artists description on the back mount.
